After 20 years as CEO of 2 large companies in my country, Empresas AquaChile (the largest salmon company in Chile) for 11 years and Derco (the largest importer and distributor of cars and machinery in the region) for 9 years, I decided to spend more time with the start-ups that I have invested in over the past 3 decades, to engage with entrepreneurs that I have been fortunate enough to meet and work with in the past, and to spend time on two causes that are really important to me: education and rehabilitation of ex-prisoners.
