Dr. María José García, DDS, stands out as a distinguished professional in Dentistry, characterized by a strong academic background and a pioneering focus on biomedical research. Graduating from the Universidad de los Andes in 2021, she earned her degree with an innovative thesis on the “Characterization of an Osteoconductive Material Based on Salmon Skeleton,” highlighting her creative approach in the field of dentistry.

Her commitment to innovation is evident in her completion of Diplomas in Surgical and Prosthetic Implantology, as well as in Head and Neck Anatomy. Dr. García has honed her clinical skills through hospital stays at Hospital San José, Hospital de Urgencias Asistencia Publica, and an enriching internship at the University Hospital of Universidad Internacional de Cataluña. As a leader at the forefront of biomedical research, she excels in her role as Field Coordinator in the CORFO BioPrel research project from 2020 to 2023, where her dedication demonstrates an innate commitment to excellence and the evolution of advanced dental practices.
